All subscription sales are final and non-refundable. Users may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Account Responsibilities
You agree with:

- Notify ALYS immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Not sharing your account or subscription access with others.
ALYS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
- Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use ALYS content for resale or commercial redistribution.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any ALYS technology, processes, or AI-generated materials.
- Upload harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its systems.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, text, videos, images, software, energy-based descriptions, AI-generated sessions, and digital materials are the exclusive property of ALYS / ALICE AI Systems.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
ALYS provides all Services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding:
- Outcomes or results.
- Improvements to health, wellness, energy, or performance.
- Continuous, uninterrupted access.
